the everlasting relevance of family

Sadly one woman who was photographed for the Family’s project has died very recently.

She was 100 years old.

Fortunately Lesley Downie was able to capture a special time shared by this woman and her family. You have all seen Lesley’s photograph of her, the woman with the glasses, a mother, a grandmother, a great grandmother even.

Lesley’s photographs reflect the epitome of life, the fragile moments and the everlasting relevance of family.
