Help support the family project

Please support the family project on your facebook pages and on twitter, or as you send out your newsletters, as we need all of you to support the project.

People make donations to projects and to people that they have established relationships with, and it is a well documented fact that it is generally the mum and dad’s, or single person, or couple, who make tax deductible donations to the arts, rather than those who can really afford to. Any donation over $2.00 may be used as a tax deduction and unfortunately the participating photographers cannot donate to the project.

We need to raise $25,000 to cover the costs of exhibiting and touring this wonderful exhibition to Perth and Sydney before touring it to new audiences around Australia. Your support will go a long way to help realise this wonderful initiative that will advance and promote photographic research into family lives and relationships in Australia today.
6 x $20 donations would help us purchase 3mm products
5 x $50 donations would assist with administrative costs (stationary, stamps, and phone calls)
3 x $150 donations would assist with photo storage and back up of high res files
4 x $250 donations will provide exhibition labels, price lists, opening event bar staff in Perth
2 x $500 donation will provide opening night catering costs for Perth and Sydney
2 x $1,000 donations would provide venue and equipment hire in Perth
2 x $1000 donations would provide additional exhibition lighting for Perth and Sydney
A $2,000 donation would provide event and public liability insurance for both exhibitions.
A $3,000 donation would cover with the freight costs from Sydney to Perth
A $3,500 donation would cover the cost of framing the prints for the exhibitions
A $4,000 donation would cover the invitation and catatalogue design and printing
All donations (no matter how big or small) will help us to celebrate the diversity of family life in today’s contemporary society. Your support would be greatly appreciated. Donations may be made via this link to AbaF.
